This is the recipe Alex used to make his yummy cookies. One note, to make them truly vegan, you need to read the label on the chocolate chips. We used fair trade chocolate chips which were a little expensive at $5.99 from Shaws, but they were the only vegan ones they had. I would follow the recipe exactly because the second time we made them we used regular sugar and they weren't as good. The dough should have a thickish consistency. Enjoy!
